Condition report:
Significant lead solder restoration is present at all four points where the legs meet the horizontal crossbar and along portions of the body seams. The copper surface shows minor dents, surface irregularities, and pitting consistent with long-term outdoor exposure. This item consists of the vane topper and mounting rod only and lacks a mounting pole or directional arms.
