Rene Paul Marquet (France, 1875-1939). Gilt bronze group dancer and musician. On a pink marble base. Signed on the base Marquet, and numbered on the base 6025. 15 5/8″L x 8″D x 3/4″W x 12 7/8″H. Chips to corners and edges of marble base; musician with lines to face, missing one string on mandolin, missing one hand and missing two fingers on remaining hand; dancer lines to face and arms, missing fingers on one hand.
