Signed Ryosai Sumida ware Japanese pottery pitcher with lid. Figural “Toby” style form of man with cupped hands as the spout and his hat as the lid. Signed with blue Ryosai seal. 9″H. Paint loss to red decoration throughout, chip to top of handle, vertical firing crack from base into body.
