Pippin lettering sketch, pencil on two sheets of paper and an additional pencil on paper rough sketch; gouache on paper poster sketch with handwritten note from Tony Walton to Pippin producer Stuart Ostrow: "Dear Stuart – Here’s a rough impression of how it might work out. I think I need to fiddle some more with the figures to try & get a bit more clarity & strength; so if you think the idea works in principal — I ought to get it back & fuss with it further. A ‘Black & White’ impression would read much better from a photograph rather than a photostat as the reds wd probably all turn black in a stat. Let me know if it appeals! Tone"; lettering collage, printed cut paper mounted on card and with 2 prints of the same image. With a Pippin poster mounted on foam core and a window card poster both for the Imperial Theatre, a window card poster mounted on foam core for the Kennedy Center, a poster for Theater an der Wien (Vienna), and a folded poster for Aarhus Teater.
