Tony Walton (British, 1934-2022). Busker Alley (pre-Broadway). Group of set design artwork, notes and other papers, and ephemera from the show. Includes copies of set design drawings and notes, including stage, lighting, bar, benches, silhouettes, shadow images. With reviews and programs. All as is and with some yellowing and staining. Created and compiled by Tony Walton for Busker Alley. The show opened a national tour in Louisville, Kentucky and was scheduled to open on Broadway later in 1995, but the Broadway production was cancelled after star Tommy Tune broke his ankle.
