Description
A collection of four vintage motorized toy kits from the late 1970s, featuring the Micronauts and Zoids brands. The lot consists of two Micronauts Microtron motorized mini-robots (Model 71050), one Micronauts Crater Cruncher motorized vehicle (Model 71031) with an included figure, and one Tomy Zoids Giant Zrk (No. 5039). The Micronauts items are marked with a 1976 copyright for Mego Corp and indicate manufacturing in the British Colony of Hong Kong. These sets are constructed primarily of molded plastic and were designed for assembly with battery-operated mechanical movements. The Zoids Giant Zrk is a large-scale mechanical dinosaur kit characteristic of Tomy’s early motorized robot line. Grouping measures approximately 11 x 14 inches.
Condition: Original cardboard packaging exhibits age-related wear, including creasing, corner blunting, edge tears, and clear tape residue. The boxes show shelf wear consistent with age. Motorized mechanisms are untested for functionality. The Crater Cruncher includes the original figure visible in the display window. Completeness of internal parts for the kits has not been verified.
