A pair of vintage Japanese transformable action figures from the Super Dimension Century Orguss series, manufactured by Takatoku Toys. This set includes the Drifand Orguss-Orgroid and the MBG-24C Gerwalk Nikick. Both figures are 1/40 scale and constructed from a combination of die-cast metal and plastic components. The Orguss-Orgroid is designed with a complex four-mode transformation capability, including Flier, Tank, Gerwalk, and Orgroid forms. The MBG-24C Nikick features a three-mode transformation into Flight, Gerwalk, and Battle forms. The figures are housed in their original window-style boxes featuring character illustrations of Kei Katsuragi and Athena Henderson, along with technical specifications and Japanese ST Safety Toy marks. These items represent the high-quality engineering of the early 1980s Japanese toy industry. Dimensions approximately 12 by 11 inches.
Condition: Both boxes exhibit moderate shelf wear consistent with age, including corner scuffs, minor creasing, and surface abrasions. The Orguss-Orgroid box has a small white price sticker on the upper right corner. The figures appear largely intact and well-preserved within their original interior packaging. Originality of all internal accessories and manuals is unverified but figures appear complete as viewed through the windows.
