Description
A vintage Lionbot "Wonderful 5 in 1 Robot" set, a significant 1980s diecast metal and plastic figure based on the Beast King GoLion (Voltron) design. This comprehensive set features five individual lion robots: No. 1 Black, No. 2 Red, No. 3 Green, No. 4 Blue, and No. 5 Yellow, engineered to combine into a single formidable robot. Manufactured in Taiwan during the height of the Chogokin era, Lionbot sets are highly regarded by collectors for their substantial metal content and the inclusion of various chrome-plated weaponry and firing missile features often omitted from other regional releases. The set includes the "King Sword, " "Space Cutter, " and five individual lion swords. Notably, the set retains two original plastic sprues containing red and yellow missiles. The components are housed in the original illustrated window box with the protective white styrofoam insert. Box graphics include the iconic "LET’S GO LION!!" slogan and "Diecast Metal" branding.
Condition: The robot components and accessories appear to be in excellent, well-preserved condition within the internal packaging. Chrome plating on the accessories remains bright. The original box shows moderate shelf wear consistent with age, including scuffing along the edges, minor crushing at the corners, and a strip of yellowed adhesive tape on the lower front panel. The clear window remains intact.

Condition report:
Both figures are in their original, unopened factory packaging. The Sy-Klone figure shows moderate shelf wear and minor edge wear to the cardback. The He-Man figure exhibits more significant age-related wear, including heavy creasing to the cardback, edge wear, and distinct yellowing or ambering of the plastic blister bubble. Both figures appear complete with all original accessories as issued.
