Description
This collection features an assortment of vintage Charlie’s Angels Gold Coast Edition doll fashion outfits, manufactured by Hasbro and copyrighted in 1977 (MCMLXXVII). Designed to fit the 8 1/2 inch Charlie’s Angels action figures, these outfits represent the height of 1970s television tie-in merchandise. The lot includes multiple examples of various styles: Golden Goddess (No. 4836), Golden Pro (No. 4839), Golden Sport (No. 4838), Golden Whispers (No. 4834), Golden Marathon Girl (No. 4837), and Golden Intrigue (No. 4835). Each outfit is constructed from various fabrics including satin-finish synthetics, knits, and lace, accompanied by molded plastic or vinyl accessories such as boots, sandals, and visors. The cardstock features vibrant promotional character artwork of the original Angels. These items were manufactured in the British Crown Colony of Hong Kong. Individual card dimensions are approximately 12 inches by 10 inches.
Condition: The outfits remain in their original factory-sealed blister packaging. The cards exhibit shelf wear consistent with age, including corner blunting, minor creasing, and surface scuffing. The plastic blisters show light to moderate yellowing and some instances of minor crushing, though the contents remain undisturbed and complete with all original parts.
Notice to bidders: The absence of a condition report does not imply that the lot is in perfect condition. Photos are considered part of the condition report. All lots are offered and sold "as is", and Willow Auctions will not provide refunds based on condition.
