Description
This lot features three vintage 1/64 scale die-cast metal replicas of the Knight 2000, better known as KITT, from the classic television series Knight Rider. Manufactured by The ERTL Company, Inc. of Dyersville, Iowa, these models are officially licensed by Universal City Studios, Inc. and carry a copyright date of 1982. Each vehicle is finished in its signature black paint with the Knight Rider logo printed in red on the rear quarter panels. The models are housed in their original blue and yellow blister card packaging, featuring graphic illustrations of the vehicle and the character Michael Knight. The reverse of each card provides manufacturing details, including Part No. 1377-7HGH and UPC 0036881013778, along with multilingual safety information. These items represent a significant era of 1980s television-related toy production. Each card measures approximately 7 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches.
Condition: The collection is in good vintage condition and remains factory-sealed. The die-cast vehicles appear pristine within their original blisters. The cardstock displays age-appropriate wear, including minor edge wear, corner softening, and light creasing. The plastic blisters remain intact and clear, showing only minimal surface scuffing.
