Description
This lot features a large-scale vintage Mighty Atom, known internationally as Astro Boy, soft vinyl figure from the prestigious Billiken Mighty Atom Series, manufactured in Japan. Standing approximately 18 1/4 inches tall, corresponding to the 45 cm designation on the packaging, the figure is depicted in a classic pose with crossed arms, signature red boots, and black trunks accented by a metallic green belt. The figure is accompanied by its original blue cardboard box, which retains the manufacturer’s label featuring Japanese text, the series title, and an official Tezuka Productions circular authenticity seal. Billiken Shokai is highly regarded by collectors for producing some of the most accurate and high-quality vinyl character figures of the late 20th century. Dimensions: 18 1/4 x 6 x 5 inches.
Condition: The figure is in overall good condition with well-preserved paint. A small white scuff is present on the back of the hair. The original box exhibits minor corner wear and a small tear at the upper flap. The item is complete with its original packaging.
