Condition report:
The painted surface exhibits scattered scuffs, scratches, and areas of paint loss consistent with age and decorative use, with the most notable wear located on the joints of the legs and the rear section. A vertical hairline crack is visible on the center rear of the base. The wooden wheels remain intact and are in functional condition. The interior rim shows traces of a yellow-toned substance, possibly a residue from a previous sealant or adhesive.
