Description
Pair of Chinese ink and watercolor paintings on rice paper. One with colorful songbirds and bamboo, one with black mynah birds surrounded by berries. Each with vertical calligraphy columns and artist seals. Largest 20″ x 13 1/2″ sight size, 21″ x 14 3/4″ with frame.
Location: Bin 40
Condition report:
Even toning to the rice paper consistent with age. There is no visible fading of the pigments, foxing, or moisture damage. The frames show minor scuffing and light surface wear. The glass is clear and the mountings appear stable.
