Description
Group of four carved wooden Asian figures including two weeping Buddha sculptures and two seated officials and deities on pedestals. Largest piece 10″ H x 4 1/4″ W x 2 1/4″ D. Smallest piece 3 1/2″ H x 3 1/2″ W x 4″ D.

Condition report:
All items exhibit age-related wear and surface abrasions. The seated official figure shows scattered minor losses to the surface finish and base pigment. The gilded Buddha figurine displays significant losses to the gilding and surface decoration, along with paint wear and minor chipping to the wooden pedestal. Both weeping Buddha figures show surface scratches and minor drying splits or cracks consistent with the material and age.
