Description
A large Postmodern-style round dining table featuring a distinctive teal-colored textured finish with a fine, parallel ribbed corduroy pattern. The expansive circular tabletop is constructed from several wedge-shaped segments meeting at a central rotating insert. This central Lazy Susan is finished in a light-colored wood laminate and is flush-mounted with four small circular finger-pulls near the perimeter. The table is supported by a substantial base comprising four interlocking geometric pillars, each designed in a stylized blocky G or square scroll form, radiating from a central core and secured with hardware to the underside. 29 1/4″ H x 96″ diameter. This lot is located offsite in Rumson, New Jersey and will be available for PICKUP ONLY. Condition report:
The table is in overall good vintage condition showing minor surface wear consistent with age and use. There are visible seams where the wedge-shaped top segments join. The textured finish is largely intact, with light dust and minor scuffing present on the lower geometric base elements. The central light-colored insert shows some surface marks and light wear from use.
