Description
This contemporary cold-cast resin and bronze powder sculpture, produced by Genesis Fine Arts and designed by artist David Dutton in 2004, depicts a female rider in formal equestrian attire mounted on a walking horse. The base edges bear incised markings including the artist signature D Dutton followed by the edition notation Ed 5000. The opposite edge is marked GENESIS followed by the copyright symbol and the year 2004. The underside of the base features a brown protective felt lining. 8″ H x 8.5″ L x 2″ D. This lot is located offsite in Rumson, New Jersey and will be available for PICKUP ONLY. Condition report:
The sculpture is in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, losses, or repairs. The slender legs of the horse and the thin wire reins are all securely attached and undamaged. The felt lining on the base shows minimal wear.
